We recently purchased a 2022 Kia K5, gloss, black finish, and in beautiful condition…. That is until I brought it into my garage under good lighting, and I realized that the paint finish was already showing weather damage and had significant swirls in marks from previous efforts to polish the car. I met with Rafael at Elite to look at the car and see what could be done to restore the finish. While in his shop, I was observing the work. He was doing on other vehicles and found it very impressive. When I sat in his office and realized what it might cost to achieve the results we wanted, I had to pause. I had taken my car to another shop for paint correction and ceramic coating. The approved quote was under $2k, but suddenly I was told I was going to have to spend over $7k in labor etc. That was crazy! I called Rafael at Elite Premium Detailing and he provided me with a very reasonable quote, and he explained to me what was going to be involved. I picked up vehicle today after only two full days, and I think it looks amazing! Definitely worthy of more than 5 stars. My car looks brand new. There were multiple issues stemming from a protective coating on the hood, mirrors and bumper that had cracked so they had to remove, the gray paint was fading which happened on my previous Toyota but this one started after only a few years which Toyota made worse using some new product and I had stains on seats that had been there awhile. We went to Elite based on reading reviews and can’t even tell you how professional Rafael was. He communicated through every step of the process and used face time to show what they would be doing and progress as it was being done. Honestly can’t recommend them enough! ~ Jeanette W

Took my car here to initially get my windows ceramic tinted 55% on the windshield and 20% on all other windows. Saw some bubbling and some air bubbles on all the windows but thought it would go away within some days, it never did so I called back to redo them since they offer lifetime warranty on the tint. The owner apologized and told me to bring it back to fix them and even let me change the initial tint to 35% on the windshield 5% on all other windows, they did such a great job and really took care of me as a customer. When I picked up the car it looked amazing I’m pretty sure he threw in a free detail with tire shine as well but he didn’t mention it. The owner turned a bad experience into a great one and I get compliments on the tint daily. I’ve sent friends over to him to do ceramic tinting on their cars as well and they have had great experiences with him. ~ Estefano R

Great place, friendly staff. Scheduled full detail with ceramic coating on short notice. Brought the car in and they showed me the options. Had only planned on exterior since we didn't have time to clean out the junk from inside, but they moved all the stuff out for us. Picked up car end of next day and it was gorgeous! Better than new, and they helped load everything back in the car. I'll be bringing another car for ceramic the following weekend! Update: Brought the Jeep Wrangler in and got an amazing deal. They upgraded me to gold package for the price of a silver compact, savings of well over $1000. It's almost blinding how glossy and brilliant the Wrangler looks now! What's more, on pick-up I realized that they threw in an interior cleaning for free which was a great surprise. Rafael came out to my place and spent all day deep cleaning the inside and outside. By the end of the day my neighbors were stopping by asking him how much he charged because, they knew the condition of my car and how it looked before he started. He was able to bring my car back to almost the show case car floor look. He removed the swirl marks out of the clear coat, which was placed their when a guy detailing my car used a towel to dry it!! I had scratches on the car all over it and he pretty much removed all which hadn't gone to the metal. And the ceramic coating he placed on at the end was extremely good. I took my brand new car straight from the dealership to Elit Ceramic Pro, and I was shocked by how many scratches were visible under their inspection lights things you’d never notice otherwise. They assured me the car would look like a show car after the ceramic coating, and they absolutely delivered. They applied ceramic coating to the entire car, including the rims, and when I saw it afterward, I couldn’t believe it was the same vehicle. The finish was flawless and stunning. The result and price exceeded my expectations. I had two cars ceramic coated and one other car had them black out the rims. Did a phenomenal job of keeping me informed and even met me after hours so I could pick up a vehicle. I would not hesitate to let them do any sort of high end car. They worked on my porsche, Escalade, and Audi. I’ll post some pics of the Porsche. So, if you need a ceramic coating come to Rafael and know it will be done right and for a great price to boot, and the Owner, Rafael, is a standup guy. Recently I received my car from Elite, and the job that Rafael and his team performed was amazing! The paint correction was stunning! My car is just 2 years old but I used auto car wash for the first 6 months and the paint damage was very bad. After a lot of online research, reading reviews and visiting some places, I saw that Rafael’s shop is immaculate clean and his team is very professional. Its been almost a year since Elite did ceramic on my silver S-class but I could not remember if I had already left a review but it does not matter,,I have to tell you I have had this coating put on my other cars but not by Elite,,I still look at the beautiful job they did in disbelief,,South Florida has had a lot of rain this year and most had that dirty water spots ,but I look at my car and you see nothing its like it has some kind of cover on it lol,this is the only place you should ever consider to do ceramic on your car,please believe me you wont be sorry and his pricing is great ~ donald t

Rafael & his team made my truck shine better than new!! From the beginning he explained all of my options very well & answered all of my questions with no high pressure sales tactics. He gave me the option to remove some minor dents. Color matched stone chips very well. Delivered my completed truck on time as promised. The shine is amazing!!!. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions and when we were worried about picking the right color tint he put samples on our windows to show us the differences which helped us understand how it would look. They really took their time and protected the interior seats really well. Our vehicle looks better than when we picked it up from the dealer. I had a full front PPF and full silver-level ceramic coating done on my relatively new vehicle. During consultation and then installation, Rafael and his team were professional, honorable, and informative. They were able to offer very competitive pricing with a limited-time promotion they had available; nonetheless, I haven't found that the better price came at a trade-off of any compromise to quality or service/otherwise, which is really exceptional. I was particularly pleased with one part of the installation where Rafael informed me, before applying ceramic coating, that my car's chrome trim needed some restoration/correction, and offered a few options for that. Ultimately, they were able to do the chrome restoration without much extra cost to me, which I found to be sincere. The whole job was completed well in about 3.5 business days inc'l a Saturday. It's now been over a month since installation, and the application has held up very well without the need to return for any correction to peeling/ etc. Highly recommend. ~ Agustin F

I did my due diligence in looking for a detailer to apply ceramic coating. While some may have great reviews and say they’re mobile I can promise you that to properly apply ceramic coating it needs to be in a climate controlled space. Rafael was accesible and explained the process in detail before I took my car in. His staff and facility are all top notch and very clean and organized.
